Leaves 32 dead, 8 missing, swath of destruction
Tropical storm Caloy gained strength yesterday as it blew away from the country (Philippines), where it killed at least 32 people, left thousands homeless, damaged agriculture and infrastructure, and forced the relocation of an annual meeting of Southeast Asian trade minister.
